Second, polyester fabric shaping

1. Setting temperature: 170℃-200℃, speed: 20M-28M/ min

2. The setting temperature for polyester generally does not change much. However, the sublimation fastness of the bright red dye is not good. After the process, the dye will remain in the machine box and cannot be made into a light color immediately. Only black can be made. It is also necessary to use the waste fabric to pass through the machine several times before making a light color.

3. The shrinkage rate of polyester stretch frame fabric is very high. If the customer requires good elasticity, low shrinkage rate and good hand feel, the base fabric must be pre-fixed, and special attention should be paid to black and white. Red and white flowers, due to the poor sublimation fastness of the dye, the finished product must be set at a low temperature. If the temperature is high, it will seriously contaminate the product.

4. When shaping polyester fabric, pay attention to the thickness of the middle and edges of the fabric. The temperature should be well controlled and not too high. Slow down the machine speed and stretch it in two steps. The thickness difference between the middle and the edges can be reduced in two steps. The first time, the door width is approximately 6 to 8 inches less than the finished product, and the weight per gram is about 100g. The second time, the temperature should be 5 to 10 degrees lower than the first time. The width and weight of the door should be made as required.

Three, cotton rayon

The setting temperature is 160℃-190℃, and the speed is 20M-30M/ minute

2. If cotton fabric is directly dyed, the cold and hot colors of the base fabric change greatly. Color matching must be done only after the base fabric has completely cooled down, as the reactive material does not change much.

3. Rayon is prone to aging at high temperatures, and the patterned fabric is likely to snaggle and be torn.

4. The shrinkage rate of pure cotton is very high. When setting, the tension of the fabric should be reduced, the pressure of the press should be increased, the fabric should be pressed dry, the hot air blower should be turned to the maximum, and the machine speed should be reduced to lower the shrinkage rate. If the customer has high requirements, a shrinkage test should be conducted.

5. If the customer requests that the fabric surface not have twist patterns, it must be set in a twill pattern.

Four, silk shaping

The setting temperature is 100℃-120℃, and the speed is 20M-30M/ minute

2. Reduce the hot air for silk shaping and set the door width smoothly.

3. Silk is rather delicate. When setting it, water and sweat should not be involved, and excessive force should not be applied when stretching.

Five, fix the PU glue.

1. Imported slurry, no color change at high temperatures, 140℃-180℃. Speed 25M-30M/ min, large smoke.

2. Domestic pulp is prone to discoloration at high temperatures, with a temperature range of 140℃ to 180℃, a speed of 25M to 30M per minute, and a large amount of smoke.

Six, weight of the door width

Before placing an order, it is essential to measure the weight in grams and the width of the door. If they differ too much from the requirements, it is necessary to report and follow up the order in a timely manner.

2. When shaping, pay attention that the difference in weight between the middle and edge should not be too large, and the difference between each piece of fabric should not be too large.

3. When shaping, pay attention to whether the front, middle and back of a piece of fabric are the same.
