Environmentally friendly three in one resin is used as a durable shaping finishing agent for fabrics, suitable for cotton, wool, polyester, hemp, and various chemical fiber fabrics. The finished fabric has shrinkage resistance, wrinkle resistance, high comfort resistance, and dimensional stability. After washing, the fabric does not need to be compressed again to remain flat, and the thread pressing can be maintained for a long time. This product is a reactive synthetic resin precursor, which does not require the addition of a catalyst during use. It has good storage stability and excellent washing resistance, but poor chlorine resistance, making it unsuitable for the finishing of bleached chlorine resistant fabrics

Usage method

1. Non iron finishing and rolling method:

Pre baking and baking of resin impregnation working solution (160 degrees * 3min)

Working fluid preparation: resin 80-120 G/L, fiber protector 15-25g/L, amino silicone oil 20-30g/L

2. Garment impregnation method:

Immersion for 20 minutes - dehydration - drying - moisture content 20% -30% - shaping - baking

Preparation of working solution: resin 6.0-9.0% (o.w.f), fiber protector 2.1% (o.w.f), amino silicone oil 2.5% (o.w.f)

3. Crease shaping process (full immersion):

Pre drying of resin impregnation working solution (80-100 degrees) to 90% dryness - creasing - baking (145-150 degrees for 15 minutes)

Preparation of working solution: resin 15-25% (o.w.f) (if circular cat whiskers are required, please add appropriate stiffening agent)

Precautions

Environmentally friendly three in one resin is used on light colored fabrics. Due to the high temperature and poor ventilation of the copper furnace, it may cause the fabric to turn yellow. It is recommended that the temperature of the copper furnace should not exceed 145 degrees when making light colored fabric in the cat whisker process. In addition, due to the universality of the resin, which means that any resin will damage the fibers, users are requested to strictly control the dosage and process conditions to avoid the phenomenon of rags. Usage method

Dilute 2-3 times with cold water first

Diffuse staining method: 1-4% (o.w.f)

Diffuse rolling method: 10-50g/L two diffuse rolling (with a residual rate of 60-70%); 110 ° C~130 ° C baking and drying; 160C~190 ° C shaping
