Product Introduction

Flame retardant TS-6511 is currently widely used as a flame retardant for cotton, polyester, and paper, especially for decorative fabrics. It has a soft feel and belongs to the category of organic and inorganic salts. It is weakly anionic and has an anti impregnation effect according to BS5651. It is resistant to dry cleaning without water and is not subject to metal embroidery hazards. It does not leak on fabrics and has a good hand feel

Appearance: Clear and colorless liquid

Density (20 ℃): approximately 1.2g/cm³

Product characteristics

1. It can be mixed with softeners, resins, fluorocarbon resins, water repellents, and light methyl synthetic resins

2. If stored below 0 ℃ for a long time, the product will solidify

3. When stirring, heat up to 20-25 ℃, and the product can be reused

Usage method

1. Soluble in cold and warm water (30 ℃)

2. The addition amount is 300-600 grams/liter, which is 2-3 times the amount of water added

3. 80% -100% residual rate of immersion rolling

4. Drying temperature: 110-130 ℃ or natural air drying

5. Continue to resist the baking temperature of impregnation: 160-170 ℃
