Paraffin lotion is a paraffin smoothing agent, suitable for nylon, polyester, cotton and other fiber yarn. It can be cut to replace solid paraffin wax for waxing, with uniform waxing and complete coverage, providing uniform lubrication for all parts of the yarn, greatly improving its weaving ability. Moreover, the treated yarn can achieve a very soft and fluffy feel. It will not cause yellowing of bleached yarn, nor will it cause color change of dyed yarn.

Paraffin wax lotion is made of natural wax as raw material through special process. Its property is more similar to that of natural cotton wax and is biodegradable

Product Features

1. Wax lotion is used for wet waxing and softening of yarns, which can completely replace solid paraffin waxing. Finishing is done immediately after bleaching or dyeing in a dyeing machine (in a water bath)

2. The paraffin lotion lotion is extremely stable, safe to use, and will not break the emulsion and float in layers, and will not contaminate the equipment and yarn. High temperature resistance, even if the working fluid temperature reaches 100 ℃, it will not produce any adverse reactions

3. The paraffin lotion is very convenient to use. It can be dispersed in cold water without pre dilution. When used, it can be directly added into the chemical tank with a little stirring

4. The paraffin lotion has high adsorption rate, clear residual liquid and few residues, so it is economical and environmentally friendly

5. Paraffin lotion can significantly increase the sewability of the fabric, avoid the formation of pinholes, and increase the abrasion resistance of the hairiness on the yarn

6. Paraffin lotion can be used in the same bath with cationic and non-ionic softeners without affecting the hydrophilicity
