Product Introduction

Disperse powder K is a special chemical that can be used for the soaping of most fiber fabrics such as wool, nylon, polyester, cool acid fibers, nylon, and their mud spun fabrics. It is suitable for the soaping of polyester and polyester blends after high-temperature dyeing, and is stable to hard water, acid, alkali, and electrolytes. When dyeing at high temperature, it does not affect the color of the dye, and there is no harmful odor generated. It can also be directly added to the dyeing bath as a powder, or dissolved in warm water before adding to the dyeing bath. It helps to stabilize the non ionic additives in the dyeing bath.

Features and Performance

1. This product has a lighter color and can be used for both dark and light colored fabrics

2. Has a certain ability to integrate and distinguish faults, and is stable for hard water, acids, alkalis, and electrolytes

3. Used in the soaping process to remove floating colors and improve the soaping and fixation fastness of fabrics

4. It has a wide range of applications and can be used for direct dyes, reactive dyes, disperse dyes, cationic dyes, acidic dyes, etc., with low usage costs

5. At the same time, appropriately releasing 5-fold during dyeing and adding 0.5-1g/1 can increase levelness and dispersion, resulting in better dyeing results

Application

The appropriate dosage should be determined based on the dye used, bath ratio, dyeing equipment, and fiber type. The following formula is for reference only. It is recommended to use it in a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10 before use, such as adding 1-5g/1 after diluting with 1 to 10
