Product Description

TS-8 is a formaldehyde-free fixing agent with high cost-effectiveness. This product can effectively improve the activity and color fastness of directly dyed fabrics. Mainly used for fixation of reactive dyes in dyeing fabrics, it has good hydrophilicity and is suitable for fabrics that require good hydrophilicity, such as towels. It has good fixation effects on dyeing fabrics that are difficult to fix, such as bright red and emerald blue.

1. Suitable for direct and reactive dyeing of cellulose fibers (cotton, artificial cotton, linen), towels, woven fabrics, and yarns for color fixation, resulting in good hydrophilicity of the fabric

3. It can improve the color fastness of fabrics to soaping, sweat stains, and sweat

Reference process:

Impregnation fixation method:

Light color: 1% Bath ratio: 1:10-20

Medium color: 2% Temperature: 50

Dark: 3% Time: 20-30 minutes

Crimping machine fixation: The usage is the same as the impregnation method, using 4-6 steps of impregnation and rolling method for fixation
