Performance and Characteristics

1. Anti slip finishing agents are commonly used in immersion rolling processes and can be shared with commonly used synthetic resins and catalysts

2. Softeners and lubricants have a resistance effect on anti slip agents and anti slip finishing agents, so their dosage should be minimized as much as possible

3. Anti slip finishing agent is suitable for all fabrics with insufficient anti slip and seam stability. It is particularly suitable for lining with adhesive and synthetic fibers

[Usage]

The following is the recommended dosage for the immersion rolling process:

Dry on wet

5-30 g/L anti slip finishing agent

Wet on wet

Dry at 110-130 ℃. 15-60 g/L anti-skid finishing agent

When using anti slip finishing agents to treat polyester and polyester/cotton fabrics, especially when drying at high temperatures, it can reduce the friction and rubbing fastness of the fabric. Therefore, it is recommended that users conduct prior testing and evaluation of such fabrics

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 25kg/50kg/200kg plastic bucket packaging or 1000kg IBC bucket

Storage method: Store at room temperature (5 ℃ -40 ℃), avoid direct sunlight, with a warranty period of 6 months
