Strong anti dyeing powder is a special non ionic hydrophilic polymer surfactant used to prevent the back staining of indigo dyes during denim desizing and fermentation washing, and can maintain good surface cleanliness of denim clothing.

Product Features

1. It has a strong anti back staining effect on the base fabric of denim fabric, and is particularly effective on cotton and polyester cotton fabrics

2. It can activate the activity of active enzymes and significantly improve the enzyme washing effect

Process conditions

A PH: 5.0-8.0: Temperature: 20 ℃ -80 ℃: Time: 30-60min; Bath ratio: 1:6 to 1:10

B& Nbsp; Dosage: Desizing, fermentation washing, polishing dosage: 0.15-0.3% (o.w.f.), that is, the dosage for one machine (according to 100 pairs of jeans) is about 80g-100g; Preparation of enzyme powder dosage: 5% -15% (proportion of enzyme powder finished product)

C Boilable water can be used as an anti dye agent: It is recommended to use it in 1 boil for 8-10 times

Safety precautions

This product is non-toxic, non flammable, non corrosive, and has no formaldehyde content. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, it should be immediately cleaned with water
