[Usage]

Enzyme dosage: 0.5-1.0% (omf - for fabric weight, specific dosage depends on processing requirements)

Bath ratio: 5-15 L/kg fabric

Temperature: 30-60 ° C, optimal temperature: 50-55 ° C

Processing time: 30-60min (specific time depends on processing requirements)

PH value: 4.0~6.0, optimal pH: 4.5~5.0. If it is not within this range, it can be adjusted with glacial acetic acid and sodium acetate buffer solution

Inactivation a: Use sodium carbonate to raise the pH value of the solution to 9.0, or raise the temperature to 80 "℃, hold for at least 10 minutes, and then rinse the fabric twice before proceeding to the next step of treatment; b. Treat with bleach
