Chemical method

1. Cold method chemical material: Gradually add the soft film to water at around 25 ℃ in a ratio of 6-10% under stirring, stir for 3-5 minutes to disperse it, let it stand and soak for 2-4 hours, and then stir at low speed until a uniform paste is formed. Set aside

2. Thermochemical material: Gradually add the soft film to room temperature water in a ratio of 6-10% under stirring, stir for 3-5 minutes, and then gradually heat it to 60-70 ℃. Continue to stir at low speed until it is in a uniform slurry shape, and cool it for later use

Usage process

1. Immersion rolling method: 2-3g/L, temperature 30-40 ℃, two immersion and two rolling or one immersion and one rolling

2. Immersion type: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40-50 ℃, 15-30 minutes

Application characteristics

1. Suitable for the softness of needle, shuttle, polyester/cotton fabrics, and can give clothing a soft and smooth washing effect

2. It can be used for yarn lubrication, sanding, and fuzzing to ensure smooth fuzzing

3. Excellent softness and smoothness can be achieved by finishing cotton and chemical fiber products
