Performance and Characteristics

1. Has good fuzzing effect

3. It can reduce the number of fuzzing times and shorten the fuzzing time

4. Suitable for the post finishing process of polyester, polyester cotton blend, nylon, acetate fiber, and spandex fabrics

Application

Impregnation method:

Diluted solution: 5-6% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10

Temperature: Normal temperature

Time: 15-20min

Dip rolling method:

Diluted solution: 50-60g/L, one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: PE inner bag with plastic bucket, 120kg per bucket

Storage: It must be stored in a low-temperature and dry place. After each use, the packaging must be sealed to avoid moisture and stickiness of the product
