[Purpose]

1. Used for dyeing casual fabrics such as colored denim, yarn-dyed fabrics, youth fabrics, and washed fabrics, as well as dyeing ready-made clothes with blue patterns

2. A fixing agent used for dyeing, which does not change color and does not affect the feel

[Application Method]

1. Immersion method (including garment dyeing)

Modifier: 3-6% (for fabric weight)

Dye the modifier at room temperature, slowly raise the temperature, and control the heating rate at 1-1.5 ℃/minute

Recommended bath ratio 1:30-40

Heat up to 60 ℃ for 20 minutes → Wash with water at room temperature until neutral → Dye with X% blue dye at room temperature and heat up to 60-70 ℃ for 20 minutes → Wash with water → Dry

2. Dip rolling method:

Modified agent 5-10g/L, two soaking and two rolling drying, blue pattern dyeing (blue pattern dye X g/L)+wet friction fastness improver PW 25g/L, two soaking and two rolling drying

3. Precautions for dyeing ready-made clothes:

(1) Control the bath ratio between 1:30 and 40

(2) After modification, it must be washed to neutral with water

(3) When dyeing, it is necessary to dye at room temperature and slowly raise the temperature to 60 ℃. The heating rate should be controlled at 1-1.5 ℃/minute, and the insulation time should be 20 minutes

*1. Wet rubbing fastness improver PG can improve both fastness and softness in dip dyeing, without the need for a softener

*2. No need to adjust pH when modifying with blue grain modifier
