Product Description

Environmental friendly fixing agent TS-400 is a formaldehyde free fixing agent with high cost-effectiveness. This product can effectively improve the activity and color fastness of directly dyed fabrics. Mainly used for fixation of reactive dye dyed fabrics, with good hydrophilicity, suitable for use on fabrics such as towels that require good hydrophilicity.

【 Characteristics and performance 】

1. Fixing agents do not affect the hand feel and hydrophilicity of the fabric, and can significantly improve the good wet fastness of the fabric (such as washing, flooding, sweat stains, etc.) by replacing the adverse effects of conventional fixing agents on water repellency and rough hand feel

2. Suitable for direct and reactive dyeing of cellulose fibers (cotton, artificial cotton, linen), towels, woven fabrics, and yarns for color fixation, resulting in good hydrophilicity of the fabric

3. After fixing the yarn, there is no need to add softeners, which saves a lot of costs

4. It can improve the color fastness of fabrics to soaping, sweat stains, and sweat

5. The color of the fabric after fixation is bright and pure, without any change in color light

6. Stable for various electrolytes and resistant to hard water

[Operation process]

1. Dilution method:

Dissolve at a ratio of 1:10, i.e. 10kg of raw liquid and 100kg of water. Slowly add the raw liquid and stir to dilute for 3-8 minutes

2. Usage:

Before the fixation treatment, the dyed fabric is thoroughly rinsed to remove residual dyes, salts, and alkalis to ensure subsequent fixation effects

This product can be operated at room temperature, with a diluted solution of 10-50g/L and a fixation time of 10-15 minutes. It can be soaked in one or two batches
