Product Description

The product is mainly used for the water washing and manganese removal process of denim clothing after being treated with potassium permanganate hand wiping, stir frying, and spraying. It is recommended to dissolve in deionized water before use and prepare a 10% working solution. (Water temperature of 60-80 degrees can accelerate dissolution)

Telijing TS-GLX working solution can be used in cold water baths. The pH value can be automatically adjusted to completely remove residual potassium manganate and remove colors from the bath solution and wastewater during bleaching

Autumn Washing Process for Denim (Part 1)

·50 degrees/cold water/200 grams of anti dye powder added

·500 milliliters of oil, 15 to 45 minutes of desizing, once with clean water

·Add pumice, 200g of hydrolytic powder, 500ml of visual oil, 20-40 minutes of cold water enzyme, and once with clean water

·Heat up at 50 degrees Celsius, burn 3000 grams, add 5-50 kilograms of bleach, rinse for 10 minutes, once with water, add TS-GLX10% Jielijing, 2-7kg of working solution, neutralize bleach for 8 minutes, once with water

·Autumn Washing Process for Denim (Part 2)

·Add Qinglijing TS-DLX10% to water, 4-5kg working solution, neutralize potassium gluconate, time 10 minutes, and clean water once

·Fluorescent whitening, laundry detergent, water once

·Add softener/tactile agent for 2-8 minutes

·Discharging, dehydration, drying

This product is sensitive to low or high temperatures and cannot be stored at temperature; 0 degrees or> 40 degrees Celsius, otherwise irreversible qualitative changes may occur. When storing, try to maintain a constant temperature and avoid sudden changes in temperature, otherwise agglomeration may occur. For fabrics with poor permeability, increasing pressure under the same working fluid concentration can significantly improve the waterproof effect.
