【 Characteristics and performance 】

1. After treatment, the color of the fabric decreases and the bottom protection is good. The treated clothing and fabric have a bright luster, clear texture, soft feel, and good resistance to pilling and pilling

2. Polishing and finishing cotton and cotton type fabrics with minimal strength damage; Used for denim "retro finishing", with strong three-dimensional effect, obvious contrast, and good anti retro dyeing performance

3. It is suitable for a wide range of pH values and does not require adjustment of pH during use, which can improve the convenience and accuracy of operation

4. It can be used in the same bath as the dyeing process, saving time, reducing energy consumption, and improving production efficiency

Reference Process

Enzyme dosage: 0.5-1.0% (omf - for fabric weight, specific dosage depends on processing requirements)

Bath ratio: 5-15 L/kg fabric

Temperature: 30-60 ℃

Optimal temperature: 50~55 ℃

Processing time: 30-60min (specific time depends on processing requirements)

PH value: 4.5-7.5

Optimal pH: 5.5~6.5

Inactivation:

a. Use sodium carbonate to raise the pH value of the solution to 9.0, or raise the temperature to 80C, hold for at least 10 minutes, and then rinse the fabric twice before proceeding to the next step of treatment

b. Treat with bleach
