Product characteristics

Usage method

Applied to fixation after dyeing with acidic or metal complex dyes

HT-WS53 reference dosage:

1 Immersion method

(1) Light 0.5% o.w.f

(2) Medium dark 0.5-1% o.w.f

(3) Dark 1-3% o.w.f

Bath ratio: 1:10-15, 80 ℃ X20 minutes

2. Continuous method:

10-30g/L, with a rolling residue rate of about 85% (warm water at around 80 ℃)

Precautions

If the dye solution contains excessive metal ions, appropriate integration dispersants must be added

Packaging and storage

1.125kg plastic bucket packaging. Storage and transportation of general chemicals

2. Store in a dry and ventilated place for a period of six months. Prevent frost. If there is frost, it can be reused after thawing at a temperature above 1C
