As a pre-treatment additive, it greatly reduces the use of pre-treatment chemicals, reduces pre-treatment costs, and reduces emissions. Phosphorus free, APEO free, easily biodegradable.

1. This product has good dispersion, cleaning, penetration, emulsification and other strong decontamination properties. After treatment, the whiteness, capillary effect, strength, cottonseed shell removal and other indicators of the fabric have reached a good level

2. Suitable for scouring and bleaching of loose fibers, yarns, knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, etc

3. This product has good performance in removing slurry oil and preventing re contamination

4. This product is a low foam scouring agent, which will not produce foam during scouring and drainage, causing inconvenience to operation

5. This product has good re wetting ability after refining

[Operation process]

Reference dosage:

1. Pure cotton scouring and bleaching:

1.5-2.5% plus NaOH, H2O2 (30%) and related agents

2. Polyester cotton scouring and bleaching:

1-2%; Add NaOH, H2O2 (30%) and related additives
