Product Features

1. This product does not contain formaldehyde or APEO, and is an environmentally friendly product that meets the requirements of the European Union

2. Used for fixation treatment after dyeing cellulose fibers with reactive dyes; The effect of greatly improving wet friction fastness can be improved by 1-2 levels, reaching more than 3 levels

3. Easy to use, directly dilute with water, but the temperature of the working solution needs to be above 38 ℃, around 40 ℃ *

4. It is a reactive product with good washing resistance

[Usage]

According to the type and concentration of dyes used, as well as the type and morphology of the treated fabric, the usage is as follows:

1. Impregnation method (limited to denim washing water)

Dosage: Booster 808:4-8% (o.w.f.) (color depth adjustment)

Bath; Ratio: 1:10-20

Process: Dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) → Impregnation (40 ℃, time: 20-30min) → Drying (100-120 ℃) → Baking (150-160 ℃ Baking for 90S)

2. Dip rolling method

Dosage: Booster 808:30-50g/L

Process: Dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) → Two soaking and two rolling (40 ℃, rolling residue rate: 70-80%) → Drying (100-120 ℃)

Note: The prepared working solution is semi transparent lotion at 40 ℃. Please use it immediately after preparation
