TS-Q666 Hair Eating Agent is produced by Trichodermas Reesei) Cellulase obtained through genetic modification. Its main activity is endo-1,4- ß - D-glucose. This product can effectively perform wool treatment on fabrics made from cellulose, resulting in minimal strength loss and high gloss improvement (especially for tight fabrics).

Application process

TS-Q666 is a high concentration liquid hair eating agent. Especially suitable for polishing fabrics under neutral conditions, the application of this product can reduce water and energy consumption, shorten processing time, and have no effect on color

Suggested product application conditions:

Enzyme dosage: 0.04-0.16% by weight of fabric

Bath ratio: 1:7 – 1:15

Water washing pH: 6.5 (5.5-7.5)

Temperature: 55 ℃

Processing time: 50-60 minutes

The actual product usage is determined by the factory based on the fabric, washing conditions, and equipment used, and alkaline is recommended

Adjuvants can terminate the enzyme reaction by adjusting the pH value above 10 and maintaining it for 10 minutes

【 Precautions 】

This product is sensitive to low or high temperatures and should not be stored at temperatures below or above 40C. Otherwise, irreversible qualitative changes may occur. When storing, try to maintain a constant temperature and avoid sudden changes in temperature, otherwise agglomeration may occur. For fabrics with poor permeability, increasing pressure under the same working fluid concentration can significantly improve the waterproof effect.
