Operation process

Light color modification:

Bath ratio: 1:10-15 Dosage: Light color modifier 2-5g/L

Treatment process: Add water at room temperature (25-30 ℃), and add LKS · GX (light color modifier) according to the dosage. Rotate for 3 minutes and heat to 50-70 ℃. Rotate at constant temperature for 20 minutes before draining and cleaning twice

Medium dark color modification: Bath ratio: 1:10-15

Dosage: 99% Caustic soda: 1-2g/L Medium dark modified: 25g/L

Treatment process: Add water at room temperature (25-30 ℃), add 99% caustic soda to the safe dosage slurry, rotate the machine for 3 minutes, and then add LKS · GX (medium dark color modifier) according to the dosage, fully dilute, rotate the machine for 3 minutes, raise the temperature to 50-70 ℃, rotate the machine at constant temperature for 20 minutes, drain and clean twice

Ultra dark modification: Bath ratio: 1:10-15

Dosage: 100% Pearl alkali: 1-2g/L Extra dark modifier: 25g/L

Treatment process: Add water at room temperature (25-30 ℃), add 100% pearl alkali to the safe dosage slurry, rotate the machine for 3 minutes, then add LKS · GXracol (extra dark modifier) according to the dosage, fully dilute, rotate the machine for 3 minutes, raise the temperature to 50-70 ℃, rotate the machine at constant temperature for 20 minutes, drain and clean twice

Precautions

This product is sensitive to low or high temperatures and cannot be stored at temperature; 0C or> 40C, otherwise irreversible qualitative changes may occur. When storing, try to maintain a constant temperature and avoid sudden changes in temperature, otherwise agglomeration may occur

For fabrics with poor permeability, increasing pressure under the same working fluid concentration can significantly improve the waterproof effect

Packaging and storage

Sealed storage at room temperature (25-30 ℃) for approximately 6 months. Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight
