Operation process

This product belongs to high concentration crude oil and needs to be emulsified before use

Dip rolling method: dosage: 10-30g/L at room temperature

Process: One immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling

Impregnation method: dosage: 2-5% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 30-40 ℃ Bath ratio: 1:10-15 Time: 30min

The emulsification process is as follows:

For example, the amount of 20kg emulsifier 10kg glacial acetic acid 0.5kg water 69.5kg for emulsified lotion silicon crude oil TS-8417 with 20% content. First, measure the silicon crude oil and emulsifier together for 10 minutes, then add acid water in four times (add 0.5kg acetic acid into 69.5kg water), add 1kg acid water for the first time, add 10kg acid water for the second time after mixing, add 10kg water for the third time after mixing, add all the remaining water after mixing, and finally mix well, filter and discharge
