Operation process

This product belongs to high concentration crude oil and needs to be emulsified before use

Dip rolling method: dosage: 10-30g/L at room temperature

Process: One immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling

Impregnation method: dosage: 2-5% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 30-40 ℃ Bath ratio: 1:10-15 Time: 30min

The emulsification process is as follows:

For example, the amount of emulsified lotion silicon crude oil TS-1210 with 20% content is 20kg emulsifier 10kg, glacial acid 0.5kg, and water 69.5g. First, measure the silicon crude oil and emulsifier together for 10 minutes, then add acid water in four times (add 0.5kg acetic acid into 69.5kg water), add acid water 10kg for the first time, and then add acid water 10kg for the second time. After mixing, add water 10kg for the third time, and after mixing, add all the remaining water, and finally pull it evenly to filter and discharge
