TS-8 is a formaldehyde-free fixing agent with high cost-effectiveness. This product can effectively improve the activity and color fastness of directly dyed fabrics. It is mainly used for the fixation of Reactive dye dyed fabrics. It has good hydrophilic effect and is suitable for towel and other fabrics that need good hydrophilicity. It has good effect in the fixation process of bright red, turquoise and other dyed fabrics that are difficult to fix

Operation process

Impregnation fixation method:

Light color: 1% Bath ratio: 1:10-20

Medium color: 2% Temperature: 50

Dark: 3% Time: 20-30 minutes

Crimping machine fixation: The usage is the same as the impregnation method, using 4-6 steps of impregnation and rolling method for fixation

Precautions

If the packaging is opened, please use it as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. Do not mix it with other products to prevent reactions
