Operation process

The usage amount varies depending on the dye, fiber, and requirements for fastness. The recommended usage amount is as follows, and the actual usage amount is subject to the actual situation

Impregnation method:

Dark color dosage 2-3% (o.w.f)

Medium color dosage 0.5-1% (o.w.f) (two kilograms of salt can be added when fixing the color)

Temperature: Slowly raise the temperature to 40 ℃, stir and soak for 5-10 minutes before dehydration and drying

Dip rolling method:

Medium dark cloth dosage 10-20g/L

Light colored cloth dosage 5-10g/L

Soaking and rolling at room temperature on the stretching machine - drying - stretching and finishing

Precautions

If the packaging is opened, please use it as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. Do not mix it with other products to prevent reactions& Nbsp& Nbsp

Packaging and storage

Non hazardous goods, 125KG/barrel, sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoiding high temperature and exposure to sunlight, with a storage period of one year
