Usage method

Non ironing finishing dip rolling method: dip rolling resin working fluid - pre drying - baking (160 degrees) × 3min)

Working fluid preparation: resin 80-120 G/L, fiber protector 15-25g/L, amino silicone oil 20-30g/L

Garment impregnation method: impregnation for 20 minutes - dehydration - drying with a moisture content of 20% -30%, certain type - baking

Preparation of working solution: resin 6.0-9.0% (o.w.f), fiber protector 2.1% (o.w.f), amino silicone oil 2.5% (o.w.f)

Wrinkle shaping process (full immersion): pre bake resin working solution (80-100 degrees) to 90% dry-pressing baking (145-150 degrees for 15 minutes)

Preparation of working solution: resin 15-25% (o.w.f) (if circular cat whiskers are required, please add appropriate stiffening agent)

Precautions

Environmentally friendly three in one resin is used on light colored fabrics. Due to the high temperature and poor ventilation of the copper furnace, it may cause the fabric to turn yellow. It is recommended that the temperature of the copper furnace should not exceed 145 degrees when making light colored fabric in the cat whisker process. In addition, due to the universality of the resin, which means that any resin will damage the fibers, users are requested to strictly control the dosage and process conditions to avoid the phenomenon of rags. Our company does not assume any responsibility for the yellowing or rotting of the fabric caused by the above situations

Packaging and storage

Packed in 140KG plastic barrels, sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding high temperature exposure. The storage period is six months
