It is compounded with special Quaternary ammonium cation compounds, and has excellent anti-static function. It is used for anti-static finishing of wool, silk and chemical fiber fabrics

Usage method

Reference dosage: dip rolling method 5-40g/L

Impregnation method 1-3% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio 1:10-15

40~50 ℃ treatment for 20~30min

Precautions

If the storage temperature is less than 0 ℃, the product may thicken or solidify. Heat it to 20-25 ℃ and stir it before continuing to use as usual

If the storage temperature is greater than 40C, the product may be layered and cooled to 20-25 ℃. After stirring, it can be used as usual

After SN20 anti-static finishing, the friction fastness of the fabric may decrease

SN20 has an adsorption effect on dyes, so the finishing solution may experience color fading phenomenon
