Reactive, sulfurized, direct, and blue dyes have particularly low wet friction fastness when dyeing thick and dark colors on cellulose fibers, especially when the wet friction fastness of black, red, and turquoise is often lower than level 1. However, textiles exported to Europe and America require wet friction fastness of level 3 or above. Therefore, our company has specially developed an environmentally friendly wet friction fastness improver 808

Usage method

According to the type and concentration of dyes used, as well as the type and morphology of the treated fabric, the usage is as follows:

Impregnation method (limited to denim washing water)

Dosage: Booster 808: 4-8% (o.w.f.) (color depth adjustment) Bath ratio: 1: 10-20

Process: Dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) - Immersion (40 ℃, time: 20-30min) - Drying (100-120 ℃) - Baking (150-160 ℃ Baking for 90S)

Dip rolling method dosage: improver 808: 30-50g/L

Process: Dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) - Two soaking and two rolling (40 ℃ rolling rate: 70-80%) - Drying (100-120 ℃)

Attention: The prepared working solution appears semi transparent near 40 ℃. Please use it immediately after preparing in liquid form. Sample testing should be done thoroughly before use, and the above process is for reference only
