Usage method

TS-Q666 is a high concentration liquid hair eating agent. Especially suitable for polishing fabrics under neutral conditions. This product can reduce water and energy consumption, shorten processing time, and has no effect on color. Suggested product application conditions:

Enzyme dosage: 0.04-0.16% by weight of fabric

Bath ratio: 1:7-1:15 Water washing pH: 6.5 (5.5-7.5)

Temperature: 55 ℃ Processing time: 50-60 minutes

The actual product usage is determined by the factory based on the fabric, washing conditions, and equipment used. It is recommended to use alkaline additives to adjust the pH value above 10 and maintain it for 10 minutes to terminate the enzyme reaction

Precautions

Bovine enzymes can produce cow smoke and dust. For users who are sensitive to thousands of enzymes, repeated inhalation of the smoke and dust caused by cowhide enzymes may cause allergic reactions. Packaging and storage

The activity at room temperature will not be lower than 90% of the activity on the day of shipment within two months. A storage temperature of 5-10 ℃ will reduce the loss of activity and extend the storage time. This product should not be frozen
