Operation process

Example 1: Traditional enzyme washing vs tannic enzyme washing

Traditional fermentation washing:

Desizing, fermenting, grinding, water treatment, hair removal, and water treatment

30-50 minutes 5-8 minutes 10-20 minutes

(45-78 minutes without pumice)

Tannin enzyme washing:

Desizing, fermenting, grinding, and hair removal in one bath - over water

(20 to 40 minutes without pumice)

Example 2: Traditional enzyme stone washing vs tannase stone washing

Traditional fermentation stone washing:

Desizing, fermenting, grinding, water treatment, hair removal, and water treatment

30-60 minutes 5-8 minutes 10-30 minutes

(Add 3 packs of pumice for a total of 45-98 minutes)

Tannin enzyme washing:

Desizing, fermenting, grinding, and hair removal in one bath - over water

(Add 1 pack of pumice for 30-50 minutes)

Precautions

If the packaging is opened, please use it as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. Do not mix it with other products to prevent reactions

Packaging and storage

Non hazardous goods, 100g/small bag, 50KG/bag, sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoiding high temperature and exposure to sunlight, with a storage period of one year
