Clear grain Granzyme TS-P66

Product Description

P66 series Granzyme is a kind of neutral cellulase with high activity and fast flossing, which is mainly used in the finishing and flossing process of pure cotton and blended denim clothing, and can quickly produce other effects such as stone like grinding and washing, obsolescence, softness, etc

Usage method

Direct use: 100g-300g/machine (150-200 pairs of jeans) Recommended mixing method:

P66 enzyme: 2-8% (depending on the actual situation of the customer)

Recommended usage conditions:

Temperature: 40 ℃~65 ℃ pH value: 5.5~7.0

Action time: 15-45 minutes

Enzyme amount (after compounding): About 100-300e/machine (about 200 pieces of clothing/600 pounds of industrial water washing machine) can be used with or without pumice. Before large-scale use, it is necessary to make small samples, and the actual amount and duration should be adjusted according to the desired treatment effect, to avoid excessive use causing a decrease in clothing strength and secondary fuzzing of chemical fibers. Thin clothing can be washed for 10-15 minutes before matching, while heavy clothing can have a slightly longer time

Precautions

P66 series Granzyme is specially developed and applied in Textile manufacturing, not in food industry

P66 series Granzyme is a protein catalyst product produced by biological fermentation, which can be completely decomposed in State of nature without polluting the environment, and is safe and reliable in use. Do not come into direct contact with enzyme preparations during operation to avoid long-term inhalation of dust and mist. If the skin, eyes, or mucous membranes are directly contaminated with enzymes, please rinse immediately with water. Not applicable to the food industry

Packaging and storage

Packaging: 100g/bag, 40Kg/paper barrel

Storage method: Store at room temperature (25 ℃) for 6 months, not less than 90% of the labeled enzyme activity. Avoid long-term storage above 30 ℃ to prevent direct sunlight. It is recommended to store in a low-temperature dry place. Long term storage or other harmful conditions, including higher temperatures, may lead to increased product addition or deterioration
