Usage method

Recommended process and dosage: (Adjustable to a pH of 45-5.5 for better results)

Immersion process: 5.0-10.0% (o.w.f relative to fabric weight) (depending on color depth adjustment) Dyed fabric (pH to 65) - Immersion (40C, time: 15-30min) - Dehydration - Drying Immersion process: 10-50g/L (depending on color depth adjustment) Dyed fabric (pH to 6.5) - Immersion - Rolling (rolling rate: 80-85%) - Dehydration - Drying

Please adjust the specific dosage and process according to the requirements through the sample according to the user's discretion

Precautions

1. After preparation, please use immediately. Before use, sample testing should be conducted thoroughly. The above process is for reference only

2. It can only be used alone and cannot be used in the same bath with silicone oil, softeners, fixing agents, and anionic and cationic separation agents

3. The best effect is to control the temperature of the working fluid at 40C

Before using the lifting agent, clean the cloth surface with alkali (controlled at pH 6.5), salt, and soap

5. If a large amount of foam is generated in the rolling groove after a long time of use, the foam shall be removed in time or the rolling groove shall be cleaned and the working fluid shall be changed before shaping

6. Try to maintain the working fluid H value within the range of 45 to 5.5

The water used for working fluid should be 10ppm tap water, and groundwater or river water should be treated before use
