操作工艺

浸轧法（稀释后，一浸一轧或二浸二轧）

用量：10-60g/L 轧余率（带液率）：60%-100%

浸渍法（稀释后）

用量：2%-5%（o.w.f） 温度×时间：40℃×（5~30）min

浴比：1:8~1:20

推荐复配方案

与氨基硅油 8417、软油精 111 搭配用于牛仔的手感整理。

或复配成棉感剂使用，手感更丰富、整体性价比更高。

搭配亲水软滑硅油 TS-8338，满足亲水性的同时，整体手感会更好。

搭配蓬松硅油 TS-8358，增添织物蓬松感。

搭配爽滑硅油 TS-8368，增进本品对织物的深入渗透性，有效提升织物软滑度。

搭配超软硅油 TS-8398，凸显织物软糯手感。

如若包装打开，请尽快使用完，若未使用完，则需要封存待下次使用，请勿与其它产品混合。

非危险品，125kg 桶，密封贮存于通风阴凉处，忌高温与曝晒，贮存期六个月

Operation process

Dip rolling method (after dilution, one dip one rolling or two dip two rolling)

Dosage: 10-60g/L Rolling residue rate (with liquid content): 60% -100%

Immersion method (after dilution)

Dosage: 2% -5% (o.w.f) temperature × Time: 40 ℃ × (5-30) min

Bath ratio: 1:8~1:20

Recommended compounding plan

Paired with amino silicone oil 8417 and soft oil essence 111 for the tactile finishing of denim

Alternatively, it can be used as a cotton sensory agent, providing a richer feel and a higher overall cost-effectiveness

Paired with hydrophilic and soft silicone oil TS-8338, it not only meets the hydrophilicity but also provides a better overall feel

Paired with fluffy silicone oil TS-8358, it adds a fluffy feel to the fabric

Paired with smooth silicone oil TS-8368, it enhances the deep penetration of this product into the fabric and effectively enhances the softness and smoothness of the fabric

Paired with super soft silicone oil TS-8398, highlighting the soft and sticky feel of the fabric

Precautions

If the packaging is opened, please use it as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. Do not mix it with other products

Packaging and storage

Non hazardous goods, 125kg barrels, sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoiding high temperatures and exposure to sunlight, with a storage period of six months
