Operation process

Dip rolling method (after dilution, one dip one rolling or two dip two rolling)

Dosage: 10-60g/L Rolling residue rate (with liquid content): 60% -100%

Immersion method (after dilution)

Dosage: 2% -5% (o.w.f) temperature × Time: 40 ℃ × (5-30) min

Bath ratio: 1:8~1:20

Recommended compounding plan

Paired with amino silicone oil 8417 and soft oil essence 111 for the tactile finishing of denim

Alternatively, it can be used as a cotton sensory agent, providing a richer feel and a higher overall cost-effectiveness

Paired with hydrophilic and soft silicone oil TS-8338, it not only meets the hydrophilicity but also provides a better overall feel

Paired with fluffy silicone oil TS-8358, it adds a fluffy feel to the fabric

Paired with smooth silicone oil TS-8368, it enhances the deep penetration of this product into the fabric and effectively enhances the softness and smoothness of the fabric

Paired with super soft silicone oil TS-8398, highlighting the soft and sticky feel of the fabric
