Suitable for the cold pile pretreatment process of woven cotton and its blended or interwoven fabrics, as well as the pre-treatment of knitted fabrics at a temperature of 80 ℃ -85 ℃, with excellent results
Usage method
Cold rolling process:
Formula: TS-Q021:5-12g/L
Caustic soda: 40-70g/L [appropriate amount of knitted fabric]
Hydrogen peroxide 27.5%: 25-50g/L
Cold reactor method
Room temperature immersion rolling (with a liquid loading rate of about 120%)
Sealed with adhesive film, stacked at room temperature for 16-24 hours
Washing hot water
Cold water washing
Cold stack short steaming method
Room temperature dip rolling (with a liquid loading rate of about 120%)
Sealed with adhesive film, stacked at room temperature for 4 hours
Steam 105 degrees X10-20 minutes
Washing hot water
Cold water washing
Overflow boiling and bleaching one bath process:
Dosage: TS-Q021:1-3% (o.w.f.)
Hydrogen peroxide (27.5%): 5-10% (o.w.f.)
NaOH (99%): 1.0-2.5% (o.w.f.)
Process: 80 ℃ x 40-60min → water washing
