Usage method

Dye tank washing process

Normal temperature dosage 2-3g/L, bath ratio 1:20, wash with water for 5 minutes, wash with clean water

Normal temperature dosage 2-3g/L, bath ratio 1:20, wash with water for 10 minutes, wash with clean water

Normal temperature dosage 2-3g/L, bath ratio 1:20, wash with water for 10 minutes, wash with clean water

60 ℃ dosage 2-3g/L, bath ratio 1:20, rinse with water for 20 minutes, rinse with clean water

Open width washing process

The first tank has a room temperature dosage of 2-3g/L

The second tank has a room temperature dosage of 2-3g/L

The dosage for the third tank at 50 ℃ is 3-4g/L

The fourth tank has a dosage of 3-4g/L at 60 ℃

Dosage of 3-4g/L for the fifth tank at 60 ℃

Wash the sixth tank with clean water

Clean the seventh tank with clean water

Note: It is recommended to wash the first and second tanks with room temperature water. Customers of the third, fourth, and fifth tanks can increase the temperature or add alkaline agents according to the actual situation to improve the washing effect

Precautions

Keep away from light, store at a temperature of 5 ℃~35 ℃, away from sources of ignition, do not place in the open. After use, cover promptly to prevent evaporation and impurities from mixing. It can be stably stored for 6 months in the original packaging

Can be stored for six months at room temperature, sensitive to temperatures above 40 ℃ and below 0 ℃
