Usage
Impregnation method
Dosage: 2% -5% (o.w.f) (10% diluent)
Process: Room temperature~40 ℃ x (5-30) min
Bath ratio:1:6~1:20
Immersion and rolling method (one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling)
Dosage: 20-50g/L (10% diluent)
Rolling residual rate (with liquid content): 60% -100%
Chemical method
Normalized material: Put the soft film into water at room temperature of 25 ℃ -30 ℃ in a ratio of 5% -10%, soak it for 45-60 minutes, wait for it to fully swell, then stir at low speed to a uniform slurry state, and set it aside for later use.
High temperature hardening material: Put the soft film into room temperature water in a ratio of 5% -10%, stir while heating to 50 ℃ -65 ℃, and then keep it warm and stir for 20-30 minutes until it reaches a uniform slurry state. Seal it (to prevent scaling of the diluent) and cool it for later use.
matters needing attention
If the packaging is opened, please use it up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. It is recommended not to mix it with other products.
Packaging and storage
Non dangerous goods, 25KG/pack, sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoiding high temperature and exposure to sunlight, with a storage period of six months.
