The non-ionic film TS-N780 has outstanding properties such as high compatibility and low yellowing, and is suitable for various whitening, white, and light colored fabrics. The hand feel is mainly fluffy, and it also has excellent softness.

Usage

Impregnation method

Dosage: 2%-5% (o.w.f) (10% diluent)

Process: room temperature to 40℃ for (5 to 30) minutes

Bath ratio: 1:6~1:20

Impregnation and rolling method (one-dip and one-roll or two-dip and two-roll)

Dosage: 20-50g/L (10% dilution)

Roll margin (liquid content): 60%-100%

Chemical method

High temperature hardening material: Put the soft film into room temperature water in a ratio of 5% -10%, stir while raising the temperature by 65 ℃ -75 ℃, and then keep it warm and stir for 20-30 minutes until the slurry is uniform. Seal it (to prevent the dilution solution from scaling) and cool it for later use.

matters needing attention

If the packaging is opened, please use it up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. It is recommended not to mix it with other products.

Packaging and storage

Non dangerous goods, 25KG/pack, sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoiding high temperature and exposure to sunlight, with a storage period of six months.
