Usage

Impregnation method

dosage：2%-5%（o.w.f）（10% Dilution solution）

workmanship：normal temperature ~40℃×（5~30）min

Bath ratio：1:6~1:20

Immersion and rolling method (one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling)

Dosage: 20-50g/L (10% diluent)

Rolling residual rate (liquid carrying rate)：60%-100%

Chemical method

Normal temperature chemicals: put the soft oil essence into normal temperature water at a ratio of 5% -10%, and then mix it at low speed for 20-30 minutes to uniform lotion state, and place it for standby.

High temperature chemicals: put soft oil essence into normal temperature water at the proportion of 5% -10%, heat up to 45 ℃ -60 ℃ while stirring, and then mix with heat preservation for 5-10 minutes to uniform lotion state, seal (prevent diluent from scaling) and cool for standby.

matters needing attention

If the packaging is opened, please use it up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. It is recommended not to mix it with other products.

Packaging and storage

Non dangerous goods, 25KG/pack, sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoiding high temperature and exposure to sunlight, with a storage period of six months.
