1. Impregnation method: (including garment dyeing)

Modifier: 3-6% (by fabric weight), 60℃ for 20 minutes. The modifier is introduced for dyeing at room temperature, and the temperature is gradually increased. The temperature increase rate should be controlled at 1-1.5 ℃ per minute. The recommended bath ratio is 1:30-40. Heat to 45-60℃ and maintain for 20 minutes → Wash with water at room temperature until neutral → Apply X% of the blue pattern dye at room temperature, heat to 60℃ and maintain for 20 minutes → Wash with water → dry

2. Leaching and rolling method:

Modifier: 5-10g/L, two-dip and two-roll drying for blue pattern dyeing (Blue pattern dye X g/L) + wet rubbing fastness enhancer PW: 25g/L, two-dip and two-roll drying

3. Precautions when used for dyeing ready-made garments

The bath ratio should be controlled at 1:30 -40
