Slightly turbid viscous liquid, non ionic

Easily soluble in cold or warm water

High temperature and hard water resistance

Acid and alkali resistant, pH=2-14, with excellent stability, and can withstand up to 180g/L of caustic soda

Electrolyte resistant, up to 180g/L resistant to sodium sulfate

Having excellent softness in the bath, it can improve the smoothness of the dyeing bath, avoid creases caused by fabric knots, significantly reduce the friction between fabrics and equipment, prevent fabric scratches, and avoid problems such as "chicken feet marks" caused by fabric folding

Pretreatment and dyeing process of cotton, rayon, polyester, nylon, wool and their blended fabrics

Usage method

1) Reference dosage: 1-3g/L

2) Application examples:

Cotton knitted scouring and bleaching in one bath processing bath HITJES 2-3 g/L

Dyeing and processing of human cotton knitted fabric with reactive dyes in the bath HITJES 1~2g/L

Precautions

If the storage temperature is< At 0 ℃, the product may thicken or solidify, heat it to 20-25 ℃, stir and use as usual: if stored at a temperature ≪ At 40 ℃, the product may be layered. Cool it to 20-25 ℃ and stir it before continuing to use as usual
