[Usage]

This product belongs to high concentration crude oil and needs to be emulsified before use

Dip rolling method:

Dosage: 10-30g/L

Normal temperature process: one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling

Impregnation method:

Dosage: 2-5% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 30-40C

Bath ratio: 1:10-15

Time: 30 minutes

The emulsification process is as follows:

For example, the amount of emulsified lotion silicon crude oil TS-8417 with 20% content is 20kg, the emulsifier is 10kg, glacial acetic acid is 0.5kg, and water is 69.5kg. First, the measured silicon crude oil and emulsifier are emulsified together for 10 minutes, and then acid water is added in four times (0.5kg acetic acid is added to 69.5kg Add 10kg of acid water for the first time, stir well, and then add 10kg of acid water for the second time. After stirring well, add 10kg of water for the third time. After stirring well, add all the remaining water, and finally mix well, filter and discharge the material
