Performance and Characteristics

1. Can impart excellent smoothness, liveliness, and drape to fabrics

3. The working solution for fabric impregnation or dip rolling has less discoloration and foam

4. It has little effect on the dry wet friction fastness of the fabric, especially when used in polyester ultrafine fiber fabrics

5. Used for polyester velvet fabrics, polyester cotton velvet, cotton spandex, cotton brocade, polyester cotton, polyester spandex, leather, etc., with obvious tactile effects, outstanding smoothness and flexibility

6. Suitable for making various fabrics with soft impregnation, strong adsorption, easy to absorb, and no silicone oil spots

[Operation process]

Soaking and rolling process: printing and dyeing semi-finished products - soaking and rolling working solution (one soaking and one rolling or two soaking and two rolling) - drying - shaping

Dosage: 10-30 g/L, specific dosage depends on the fabric

Soaking and rolling rate: 70 ± 5% drying setting

Temperature: 150~160 ℃

Time: 0.5-3min
