Product Usage and Characteristics Performance

1. Hydrophilic and smooth silicone oil TS-8338 has an instantaneous hydrophilic effect on cotton fabrics, and is suitable for various conventional blended fabrics and high-end fabric finishing. It can give the fabric a soft, smooth, and plump feel

2. Good stability, outstanding acid, salt, and alkaline resistance, superior compatibility, suitable for both impregnation and rolling processes

3. It has little impact on the color and light of the fabric, and approaches zero yellowing on white and light colored fabrics

4. The product can be directly colored without the need for softening treatment

Applicable field

Usually used for pure cotton, polyester cotton blended fabrics, and has good effects on other types of fabrics

[Usage]

Dip rolling method (after dilution, one dip one rolling or two dip two rolling)

Dosage: 20-50g/L

Rolling residue rate (with liquid content): 60% -100%

Immersion method (after dilution)

Dosage: 2% -5% (o.w.f)

Temperature × Time: 40 ℃ × (5-30) min

Bath ratio: 1:6~1:20

Precautions

If the packaging is opened, please use it as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. Do not mix it with other products

Packaging and Storage

Non hazardous goods, 125KG/barrel, sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoiding high temperature and exposure to sunlight, with a storage period of six months
