Product Description

Hydrophilic silicone oil TS-868 is a hydrophilic reactive amino group that is easy to self emulsify. Suitable for basic combinations of textile softener and lubricant formulations. TS-868 can be used alone or in combination with other silicone or non silicone softeners, with good compatibility

Performance characteristics

1. Softness: The fabric treated with this product is soft and smooth, with a comfortable feel and an elegant style. It gives thin fabrics a silky feel and thick fabrics a woolen feel

2. Water resistance: The fabric treated with this product has excellent water resistance, good breathability, and excellent wear resistance, which can eliminate the shortcomings of synthetic fibers such as dryness, stuffiness, and non drying and sweat absorption

3. Antistatic performance: The fabric treated with this product has good anti-static performance, low static effect, is not easy to absorb dust, has a certain degree of stain resistance, and is easy to wash

4. Shrinkage resistance: The fabric treated with this product has good dimensional stability, and is particularly suitable for shrinkproof finishing of wool fabrics

5. Elasticity: The fabric treated with this product has excellent elasticity and the material is firm and sturdy

[Operation process]

Dip rolling process:

Printing and dyeing semi-finished products - Soaking and rolling working solution (one soaking and one rolling or two soaking and two rolling) - Drying - Setting

Dosage: 10-30 g/L, specific dosage depends on the fabric

Soaking rate: 70 ± 5% Drying setting:

Temperature: 150~160 ℃ × Time 0.5-3min

Precautions

If the packaging is opened, please use it as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. Do not mix it with other products to prevent reactions

Packaging and storage

Non hazardous goods, packaged in plastic bags in 125kg plastic drums

Sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoiding high temperatures and exposure to sunlight. The storage period is six months
